Own Your Automation. No lock-in.
Modernize legacy automation,
without vendor lock-in. Modernize legacy automation, without vendor lock-in.
Automation Liberty is an independent industrial automation engineering & supply partner. We engineer-review your BOM, return candidate replacements for Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron, Schneider, ABB, Delta and Allen-Bradley equipment, and ship from Shenzhen in 2 business days across 84% of Kinco AK-series SKUs (2025). Migration always requires bench validation.
Direct working relationships with Kinco, Kemron, USR, 3onedata. Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron, Schneider, ABB, Delta, Allen-Bradley referenced for compatibility comparison only — all trademarks belong to their respective owners.
The four legacy brands we cross-reference most often.
Each landing page below covers candidate replacements, protocol mapping, programming-environment notes, and an honest "what Kinco does NOT replace" section.
What Automation Liberty is — and is not.
Plain language for procurement, engineering, and decision-makers. Independence is the brand asset; the components are evidence the engineering is real.
- An independent multi-brand engineering & supply partner.
- A cross-reference and migration resource for legacy installations across PLC, HMI, VFD, servo, gateway and industrial Ethernet.
- A service business — products are evidence of capability, not the offer.
- A direct working relationship with Kinco, Kemron, USR, 3onedata for primary supply.
- Not a manufacturer of any PLC, HMI, VFD or servo.
- Not a regional sales office or branded reseller of any single OEM.
- Not an authorised representative of Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron, Schneider, ABB, Delta or Allen-Bradley.
- Not a parts marketplace — we sell engineering judgement.
Six engineering programs, each with a working BOM.
No theoretical block diagrams. Each solution lists a real, buyable bill of materials with concrete part numbers, lead times and certifications.

Every cross-reference is a candidate, not a guarantee.
Cross-reference content is the highest-converting traffic on the site and the highest legal & engineering risk. Below: the canonical pattern used on every replacement page.
All entries are candidate replacements subject to engineering review. Mechanical fit, EMC, certification and program logic remain the integrator's responsibility unless covered by an Automation Liberty engineering review SOW. Forbidden phrasing: "drop-in," "100% compatible," "migrate cleanly."
| Legacy part | Candidate replacement | Status | Engineering note |
|---|---|---|---|
| Mitsubishi FR-E720-7.5K | Kemron KV4800-7.5G-T4 | Subject to review | Same kW · Modbus RTU ✓ · Analog / PWM mapping requires validation |

Can Kinco replace a Siemens S7-1200 1212C as a drop-in?
No, not as a drop-in. The Kinco AK840M is a candidate replacement for the Siemens S7-1200 in small-to-mid machine control, offering CoDeSys runtime, EtherCAT-master capability and Modbus RTU/TCP. Migration always requires bench validation of I/O timing and program translation from Step 7 to KincoBuilder. Profinet is not natively supported. Lead time 5–7 business days from Shenzhen.
What is your typical lead time?
Median 2 business days from Shenzhen warehouse, ex-stock, across 84% of Kinco AK-series SKUs in 2025. Configurable or custom options run 5–7 business days. Out-of-stock items run 4–6 weeks for factory replenishment — flagged at quote time.
How does the engineering review work, and what does it cost?
Submit a BOM, part list or replacement request via the RFQ form, email or API. An engineer (not a CRM keyword filter) reviews the request, maps each position to candidate replacements, flags lifecycle risk and protocol caveats, and returns a quote within 1 business day.
The engineering review itself is included at no extra cost. Bench validation, on-site commissioning or program-conversion services are quoted separately when applicable.
What brands do you actually supply, and what brands are referenced for cross-reference only?
Direct working relationships with Kinco (PLC / HMI / Servo), Kemron (VFD), USR (IIoT Gateway), and 3onedata (Industrial Switch) — these are our primary supported brand lines.
Referenced for cross-reference comparison only: Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron, Schneider, ABB, Delta, Allen-Bradley. We are not authorised representatives of these brands. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
What does Kinco NOT replace?
Kinco does not compete with Siemens S7-1500 high-end motion, Sysmac NX/NJ multi-axis EtherCAT, or Allen-Bradley ControlLogix-class systems. For those tiers, we recommend staying on the original platform or evaluating other candidate replacements case-by-case.
Cross-reference status labels include "Manual engineering" when a clean replacement is not available — we will not invent a candidate to win an RFQ.
Do you provide CE / UL / EMC documentation?
Yes. Every supplied SKU ships with traceable certification documents: CE-LVD, CE-EMC, UL where applicable. Test laboratory reports (e.g. Anbotek for FV20 / CV20 series) are available on request as part of the quote.
For medical-grade applications (e.g. CT / MRI motion control), UL 61800-5-1 compliant components are sourced from the JD-series servo line.
Send your BOM. Get an engineer's reply — not a sales pitch.
Upload a BOM, legacy-model list or replacement request. We review compatibility, lifecycle risk and sourcing feasibility before quoting. No autoresponder funnel.
- An engineer reviews your request — not a CRM keyword filter.
- Lifecycle & risk flagged as part of every quote at no extra cost.
- No exclusivity contracts — you keep the right to source elsewhere.
Independent engineering. Multi-brand sourcing. One reply window.
Send your BOM, your legacy model list, or a freeform retrofit question. An engineer replies within one business day — typically faster — with concrete next steps.
