iWMC integrated servo wheels fuse drive, motor, reducer and wheel; a 400 mm wheel-base enables a low-profile 4 m/s latent AMR — a design the split-servo layout could not reach.

Kinco's iWMC integrated servo wheel fuses drive, motor, reducer and wheel into one walking module, cutting installation space by 35% versus a discrete split-servo layout and lowering whole-machine development TCO (per Kinco's 2026 mobile-handling brief), with 3× overload capacity built on low temperature rise. In the 50 kg high-speed low-profile underlift AMR, a 400 mm wheel installation distance supports a 4 m/s running speed. The servo-wheel family spans 50 kg–2 T, and the 600 kg–2 T class carries CE, UL, STO and dual-encoder. Automation Liberty supplies and engineering-supports the same iWMC modules.

Unmanned forklift steering retrofit

Homing-free absolute encoder, no power-loss re-home (per Kinco)

Absolute-value encoders remove the power-loss homing cycle; the G2100H-CTP 10.1″ vibration-rated display survives the forklift environment — retrofit onto existing steering without a re-home routine.

For unmanned forklifts, Kinco's intelligent steering system uses an absolute-value integrated servo motor that needs no re-homing after power loss, paired with a 10.1-inch display to show operating status. The companion iSMD integrated servo motor (DC 24–60 V; Modbus, CANopen, EtherCAT and ProfiNet; CE and UL, STO to SIL3/Cat.3/PLe) likewise runs a multi-turn absolute encoder with no homing after power failure, and the dedicated forklift HMI is the G2100H-CTP 10.1-inch capacitive display. The AK810 52 mm low-profile controller runs at −25°C; the fork motor is rated to 1.35 million cycles — engineered for continuous cold-storage shuttle duty.

For cold-storage shuttle systems, Kinco's flat-type AK810 low-profile controller (CoDeSys platform, 52 mm overall height) suits the low installation space of shuttle vehicles; the integrated drive-motor products offer optional 200 W–1 kW power ratings and the servo system operates at −25 °C for low-temperature cold storage, with complete CE/UL/STO certification. The carton-fork integrated motor uses an absolute-value design rated to a 1.35-million-cycle mechanical service life with standard Modbus cascade control. Common questions

What is a candidate replacement for a Siemens S7-1200 PLC?

We cross-reference the Siemens S7-1200 to candidate Kinco PLCs such as the AK series by I/O count, communication protocol, and control logic. Any candidate replacement is subject to engineering review — no one-to-one equivalence is claimed until validated against your application.

Can Kinco PLCs replace Mitsubishi FX series controllers?

In many cases a Kinco AK-series PLC can be proposed as a candidate replacement for a Mitsubishi FX controller. Program logic must be re-implemented and wiring re-verified. We provide I/O mapping and migration notes during RFQ; final compatibility is confirmed by engineering review.

How fast can you ship servo drives and PLCs from Shenzhen?

Lead time depends on model, quantity and destination, and is confirmed during the RFQ process — we do not publish stock counts or fixed ship dates.

Do your products carry CE and UL certification?

Certification depends on the exact model and product series. Many Kinco, Kemron, USR, and 3onedata products carry CE or UL marks. We provide available datasheets and certification documents at RFQ; generic whole-solution certification claims are not made.

What does no vendor lock-in mean for my automation project?

No lock-in means we evaluate multiple independent product lines — Kinco, Kemron, USR, 3onedata — and do not force a single-vendor ecosystem when a practical multi-brand BOM meets your application requirements.

What does Kinco NOT replace?

Kinco does not compete with Siemens S7-1500 high-end motion, Sysmac NX/NJ multi-axis EtherCAT, or Allen-Bradley ControlLogix-class systems. Cross-reference status labels include "Manual engineering" when a clean replacement is not available — we will not invent a candidate to win an RFQ.

How is pricing determined?

We do not publish list prices because every quote follows an engineering review of your application — I/O count, protocol, certification scope and quantity all affect the right part and price. You receive a scoped quotation rather than an unverified catalog number.
