Who operates this site
Automation Liberty is a brand and website operated by 格具科技（深圳）有限公司 (Geju Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd.), a company registered in China. Registered address: 1F, Building B, No. 5 Ailian Industrial Zone, Xieping Road, Wulian Community, Longgang Subdistrict, Longgang District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. What we collect
When you submit an inquiry or RFQ form, we collect what you type: your name, work email, phone or WhatsApp number, country or region, requirement text and any optional company, request-type or application details you choose to add. The web form does not currently store file attachments. If you email a BOM or drawing separately, that file is handled through the email service used for the conversation.
How it is used
- Your submission is stored in Cloudflare D1 so the inquiry owner can review and reply to it.
- A notification email containing your submission may be sent to the responsible Automation Liberty mailboxes through Resend.
- We use your contact details only to respond to your inquiry and follow up on it. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Cookies and analytics
Optional Google Analytics 4 helps us understand aggregate site use, such as pages viewed and selected interactions. Analytics is disabled by default and does not load unless you accept it. We do not enable Google advertising storage or advertising-personalisation signals. Rejecting analytics does not affect the site or inquiry form.
Your choice is stored in this browser so we can remember it. You can accept, reject, customise or withdraw it at any time through Cookie Settings. Necessary storage is limited to security, site operation and remembering that choice.
Service providers and document links
Cloudflare hosts the site and D1 inquiry database; Resend handles inquiry-notification email; and Google provides Analytics only after consent. Some product-document links are delivered through Google Drive. Opening a Google Drive link sends your request to Google under Google's own privacy terms. The website does not automatically upload your inquiry text or form data to Google Drive.
These services operate infrastructure in more than one country, so information may be processed outside the country from which you contact us. This description explains the technical flow and is not a statement that every service is used for every inquiry.
Retention
Website inquiry records are kept for 24 months from the submission date and are then deleted automatically. This period lets us answer the request, follow the related quotation or project discussion, and maintain a limited business record. We do not use inquiries for open-ended unrelated marketing. You may ask us to delete your submission earlier; we will assess the request against any record we still need to keep.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data you submitted, or raise a question about its use, by writing to info@automationliberty.com. We may need to verify that the request relates to you before acting on it.
