What we engineered & validated

Motor sizing depends on payload, reach, joint speed, and duty cycle — typical 6-axis arms use mixed power across joints (smaller distally, larger proximally).

Teach pendant: standard version sufficient for most OEMs; QT version recommended when full UI customization or proprietary functions are needed.

Aviation-grade plug connectors recommended for vibration / mating frequency

Replacing OEM-bundled servo packages requires re-tuning the arm controller's motion profile parameters.

Frequently asked

What is the typical reliability claim for Kinco robot arm servos?

Kinco publishes continuous operating tests of 4500+ hours at maximum mechanical speed and 60K temperature rise (source: Kinco robotic-arm control newsletter, 2026). Real-world reliability depends on duty cycle, ambient conditions, and integration design.

Which robotics brands use Kinco teach pendants?

Kinco's published material states their teach pendants are deployed by 5+ internationally renowned robotics brands (source: Kinco robotic-arm control newsletter, 2026). Specific brand names are subject to mutual NDAs and not disclosed without partner consent.

Can the servo motor be customized for a specific arm envelope?

Yes — Kinco accepts customer-specific motor design requests including winding, mounting flange, shaft profile, and connector style. Customization scope and lead time depend on order volume and engineering effort estimation.

What we are

An independent engineering & sourcing partner. We architect the robot arm stack, select and integrate the BOM across supplier lines, and validate the system before you commit.

Where it does not fit

Applications requiring servo motors below 50W or above 7.5 kW Component certifications are per datasheet; system-level certification of your finished machine remains the integrator's responsibility, subject to engineering review.

How this solution is delivered

01
Scope

You describe the application, program or BOM; we confirm what the service covers — and what it does not.

02
Review

An engineer reviews materials against our supplied lines and flags risks and limits.

03
Proposal

You receive a scoped work plan with deliverables and boundaries — before any commitment.

04
Delivery

Work is delivered against the agreed scope, with documentation and hand-off.
