Passive Pocket RS-232 to RS-422 Converter

The TLC422 is a series of RS232 to RS422 converters that can achieve bidirectional conversion between RS 232 and RS 422 serial port without external power supply. This series of RS 232 to 422 converters have two models to provide a RS-232 and a RS-485 serial port that support optional DB9 and DB25 connection.

The KC100 is a functional replacement for the Siemens SINAMICS G120 in most general-purpose applications — pumps, fans, conveyors, HVAC. It supports V/F and sensorless vector control (SVC), Modbus RTU communication, and uses the same DIN-rail mounting form factor as the G120 C (compact) series.

What the KC100 does not replace: If your G120 uses the PROFIBUS or PROFINET CUA31/CUM32 control module as the primary fieldbus, you'll need an optional communication card for the KC100. The KC100 also does not carry STO (Safe Torque Off) certification — use the KC200 if PLd functional safety is required. For straightforward I/O-controlled or Modbus applications, the KC100 is a drop-in equivalent at roughly 50% of the G120 list price.
Standard KC100 SKUs from 0.75 kW to 22 kW are held in stock at our Shenzhen warehouse and ship within 2 business days of order confirmation. Larger frames — 30 kW, 37 kW, 45 kW, 55 kW, 75 kW, 90 kW, 110 kW — typically ship within 5–7 business days. We provide an air-waybill tracking number on the day of dispatch. The KC100 supports four control modes:
V/F — Open-loop, simple speed control. Best for multi-motor applications or where load characteristics are constant and predictable.
SVC (Sensorless Vector Control) — Delivers 150% torque at 0.5 Hz without a speed encoder. Recommended for constant-torque loads: conveyors, compressors, mixers.
FVC (Flux Vector Control) — Requires a quadrature encoder mounted on the motor shaft. Achieves ±0.02% speed accuracy. Used for precision winders, spindles, and extruders.
VVC+ (Voltage Vector Control) — Energy-saving mode for variable-torque loads: pumps, fans, blowers. Reduces DC-bus voltage during partial load for significant kWh savings.
