01 Process

How we build a BOM.

From application scope to source-verified BOM — five disciplined steps, one engineering desk.

01

Application scope

Captures load, axis count, protocol, certification, lead-time targets.

02

Brand migration audit

Identifies legacy SKUs, EOL items, equivalents across supported lines.

03

BOM draft

Engineering-reviewed BOM with selection logic and protocol mapping.

04

Stock & quote

Live availability against your timeline; transparent line pricing.

05

Commissioning

Manuals, register maps, remote PID tuning, engineering hand-off.

02 Solution recipes

Nine application-driven recipes.

Each recipe maps a real deployment pattern to a multi-brand BOM. Final compatibility is verified by engineering review against your power rating, I/O, protocol, software, cabinet layout, and local approval.

03 Cross-brand bridge

Replacing a legacy brand?

Engineering judgment first, equivalents second. We never claim drop-in without verifying I/O, protocol, software logic, and certification.

Cross-brand migration guide

Conservative cross-references with engineering review. Brand-specific migration content covers signal mapping, function block translation, and certification pathway.

04 Boundaries

What we are not.

  1. We are not Siemens, Mitsubishi, Schneider, Omron, or Allen-Bradley authorised distributors. We do not represent those brands — we engineer and source cross-brand equivalents across our supported supplier lines, with engineering review on every BOM.
  2. We do not publish guaranteed energy-saving percentages or fixed BOM cost reductions. Every site, motor, duty cycle, and baseline differs — honest scoping wins over marketing claims.
  3. We do not auto-convert STEP 7, GX Works, RSLogix, or TIA Portal programs. Logic is re-engineered in CoDeSys with explicit I/O mapping and engineering review — not magic translation.
  4. We do not certify your machine. System-level CE / UL / FM / FDA / CE-MDR clearance remains the integrator's responsibility — we supply component-level certifications and traceability.
  5. We do not engage in box-pushing or AI-generated quote dumps. Every BOM — including standard parts — goes through engineering review before quotation. A senior engineer signs the document.
05 FAQ

Engineers & procurement, common questions.

Direct, conservative answers about compatibility, lead time, certification, and engineering scope.

Can Automation Liberty solutions fully replace Siemens or Mitsubishi systems?

+
Not universally. No industrial automation migration should be treated as a universal drop-in replacement. Each replacement or migration must be verified by I/O count, voltage, communication protocol, software logic, safety requirements, cabinet layout, and commissioning scope. We provide cross-reference research and migration notes during RFQ to help end users evaluate practical compatibility.

What is the delivery lead time compared with conventional import brands?

+
Selected stocked models may ship faster than conventional sourcing channels, but final lead time depends on exact model, quantity, destination, and supplier confirmation. Automation Liberty confirms availability during the RFQ process.

Do you provide PLC programming and commissioning services?

+
Automation Liberty can support cross-reference research, I/O mapping, wiring review, BOM selection, and remote commissioning guidance. PLC program conversion or on-site commissioning depends on project scope and available technical files.

Are Kinco, Kemron, USR, and 3onedata products CE or UL certified?

+
Certification depends on the exact model and product series. Automation Liberty can help provide available datasheets or certification documents during RFQ review. Generic certification claims for the whole solution are not made.

What does "No lock-in" mean?

+
No lock-in means Automation Liberty evaluates multiple product lines and does not force a single-vendor ecosystem when a practical multi-brand BOM can meet the application requirements.

How do I get a BOM and wiring diagram?

+
Send the application type, existing model numbers, quantity, voltage, I/O count, protocol, cabinet layout, and target delivery date. If available, include wiring diagrams, PLC programs, or photos of the control cabinet. We respond with a practical BOM recommendation, stock check, and quotation scope within one business day.
