What this is not

  • Commissioning support does not authorize bypassing interlocks, protective devices or the responsible site safety process.
  • Undocumented redesign, damaged equipment and faults outside the agreed system boundary require a separate review.
  • Completion of scoped checks is not a machine-level certification or an assurance of future operating conditions.

Commercial confirmation

Delivery method, site access, scope, price and schedule are confirmed at quotation. Hardware availability, replacement parts and warranty are confirmed at RFQ for the reviewed items.

Frequently asked questions

What must be ready before commissioning?

The responsible team should provide current drawings, the intended program and parameter revisions, device manuals, the agreed I/O list, access to the machine and a defined safety process. Missing prerequisites are recorded during readiness review.

Can commissioning be supported remotely?

Remote guidance can be scoped when the site has a responsible person, suitable access and enough diagnostic information. The delivery method and boundary are confirmed during review; some physical checks remain site responsibilities.

Does commissioning include safety approval?

No. Safety ownership, validation and machine approval remain with the responsible parties. Commissioning work follows the agreed boundary and does not replace the required safety process.

How are schedule and cost handled?

Scope, delivery method, schedule and price are confirmed at quotation after machine readiness, access, documentation and acceptance requirements have been reviewed.
