What we collect
When you submit an inquiry or RFQ form, we collect what you type: your name, work email, company, application details, message text, and any files you attach (such as a BOM). Nothing else on the form is collected silently.
How it is used
- Your submission is stored in our database (Cloudflare D1) so an engineer can review and reply to it.
- A notification email containing your submission is sent to our engineering team via our email provider (Resend).
- We use your contact details only to respond to your inquiry and follow up on it. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate usage (pages viewed, interactions such as form submissions). Analytics runs in a sandboxed web worker and sets Google’s standard analytics cookies. We do not run advertising trackers. Your browser’s “Do Not Track” and cookie controls apply normally; blocking analytics cookies does not affect any site function.
Retention
Inquiry records are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and maintain a normal business record of the exchange. You may ask us to delete your submission at any time.
Your rights
You can request a copy, correction, or deletion of the personal data you submitted by writing to info@automationliberty.com. We respond to verified requests without undue delay.
Operating entity
This site is operated under the Automation Liberty brand. Formal legal-entity details are available on request via info@automationliberty.com.
